About Reports

- Two types of reports: Clinic-wide and Patient

- Select report parameters then generate report

- Clinic-wide

- Report generation is similar in all reports:

- Set report date range

- Set other parameters e.g., participants names, code numbers, amount of detail of report

- Click 'Submit' button

- Click button for optional export or printing.
